The John Stokes Group has grown out of the success and passion of the original John Stokes Chrome Ltd company. Founded way back in 1973 by Oliver John Stokes we have gone from strength to strength ever since. A true family business with a proven past and a strong future.
The John Stokes Group now encompasses our three main brands. Stokes Chrome, Chronickel and Stokes Investments. These brands cover a range of services both inside the commercial and domestic spectrum.
The products and services delivered by Stokes Chrome are centered around the production of industrial hard chrome. Specialising in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders and Piston Rods. It also has comprehensive reclamation and machining services available.
Chronickel is the latest addition to our family. We have taken the knowledge and expertise gained from industrial hard chrome plating and utilised it in the application of nickel (chrome) plating of copper tubing for commercial and domestic plumbing applications.
Stokes Investments was born after a long history of investments inside and outside of the industry. We have a growing investment portfolio and in 47 years in business we have forged strong connections with major financial institutions.
